Studio Ghibli Presents The Red Turtle (2016)

Not strictly a Ghibli film but I’ve read that they helped out and Takahata gave input to the director Michaël Dudok de Wit whilst he worked on the storyboards at Ghibli’s studio but officially the film is presented as a co-production between Wild Bunch and Studio Ghibli. The film has no dialogue and looks really beautiful, but beware the trailer reveals quite a lot of the plot.
