I would disagree. Dating an alien would be an interspecies relationship (which I agree would be different than an interracial one) but not inherently interstellar beastiality.
Beastiality refers to relations with nonsapient life forms incapable of informed consent, which would not be the case when getting it on with a Vulcan, Rodian, Na’vi or what have you.
Now, if you were to mount a Tauntaun, that would be interstellar beastiality.
